How To Care For Your Sohana Rose Bouquet
 
  • Do not water the roses
  • Avoid direct exposure to sunlight
  • Keep at room temperature
  • Remove any dust from the petals lightly using a duster
  • Do not try to remove roses from the box
  • The lid is meant to stay underneath the box, do not try to close the lid on top of the roses

 

Our floral artisans and couriers take the utmost care when handling your bouquet.
In the rare case you see any damage with your arrangement, you must contact us within the first 24 hours of delivery.
Due to our bouquets being custom made-to-order we don't accept returns on our arrangements. However, we stand behind our work so if you receive a bouquet that has been damaged during delivery we will gladly exchange it for you.
